1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ocwins ("ocwins", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ocwins.lat, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with ocwins, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You have not previously had an ocwins account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

ocwins reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

3. Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ocwins Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ocwins will close all but the oldest verified account, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ocwins will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You agree to notify ocwins immediately via our support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ocwins reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation in such circumstances.

Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may request a currency conversion where supported; applicable exchange rates and any associated fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ocwins supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian users, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as published in the cashier section of the Platform and may change from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. ocwins may request a copy of your government-issued identification (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• ocwins targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method, volume of requests, and compliance review requirements.
• Funds deposited but not used for wagering may be subject to inactivity fees after a period of twelve (12) consecutive months of account inactivity, as further described in the Fees section of the Platform.
• ocwins does not charge deposits fees on its end; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are beyond ocwins's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ocwins offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all ocwins bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed on each promotion page.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance not wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the completion of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for details.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion is strictly prohibited. ocwins reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ocwins Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or product. These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities on ocwins:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ocwins is not obliged to accept any bet, and reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its absolute discretion.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds or game result and what should correctly apply, ocwins reserves the right to correct the error and void or recalculate affected bets accordingly.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections during a live game or sports event — are handled in accordance with the relevant game-specific rules. ocwins is not liable for losses arising from user-side connectivity issues.
• All games use certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. Results are not influenced by prior activity, bet size, or player identity.

• Sports betting markets — including Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to settlement rules as published. Early settlement and in-play betting terms may differ from pre-match terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ocwins Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from a software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or other financial crime using the ocwins Platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ocwins staff, other users, or support agents.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ocwins Platform — including but not limited to the ocwins brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ocwins or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without ocwins's prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

ocwins collects and processes personal data in order to provide its services, fulfil regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ocwins will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ocwins, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if ocwins has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ocwins's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ocwins makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Suspension & Termination

ocwins may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account where:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• We identify suspicious activity, fraud, or AML concerns associated with your account.
• You request self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deducting any applicable bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ocwins holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism or to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body.
